Welcome to the Village of Ruidoso New Mexico! Ruidoso is a wonderful community with a small-town atmosphere coupled with the benefits of a thriving community. The Village employees work diligently to cultivate a culture of excellence that consistently reflects a passion to make our vision of “Living in Nature's Playground" a reality.

In his role as Village Manager, Sena coordinates the implementation of the Governing Body policy decisions and the initiation of all intergovernmental operations of the Village. He is responsible for directing the various departments and providing guidance in the implementation of the mandates of the Governing Body to ensure that quality of life is met for the citizens of the Village of Ruidoso.
